The putter's TD milled face includes a precise, deep pattern to encourage a consistent, smooth roll.

The #8 putter is outfitted with a classic heel-shafted blade with a slant-neck hosel. Odyssey then added a TD milled face, which includes a precise, deep pattern that generates a consistent interaction between the face and the ball. This encourages a better feel, more distance control, and a smoother roll--all essential to elite green play. Looks-wise, the club boasts a Deep Black PVD finish, which offers the type of rich look and reduced glare that many Tour players prefer.

Odyssey's biggest Black Series innovation, however, is its Advanced Roll Technology (ART), which is achieved through multi-material construction. Odyssey subtly placed a urethane dampening layer between the 1025 carbon steel head and the independently milled tungsten flange. This results in a lower, deeper center of gravity, encouraging a better, quicker, and truer roll.
